To brand new days filled with new opportunities and choosing love and joy. Maybe the owl did run the other birds away. Not sure if owls will eat those birds or not but they are great hunters. Hope you are staying well and your family is recovering well.  

Hopefully the owl is not eating everyone there. We see a lot less birds these days. Used to have tons of them.  

Thanks Erin. I feel worse mornings and evenings, not enough to really get down in the bed sick, but feel better in the afternoons. Son said he overdid it and feels worse now. Just has to run its course 

Something is going on why we're seeing less birds, Morticia. You're seeing less too, so maybe its something else along with just the owl. All the pesticides on crops maybe, idk. But I miss the birds! 

Amen to that Berry well. Thanks :) I havent gotten down all the way sick, but I take things at first signs to take the edge off. Son is stubborn and suffers unnecessarily.

I've noticed some very quiet mornings where I live too. Kind of eerie huh? 

I still get lots and lots of birds. I put seed out on the deck rails. At least a half dozen mourning doves and some Eurasian Collared doves, gold finches, blue jays, finches and even a woodpecker! 

Lenni, it does make me wonder, and frankly a little concerning when you couple it with the fact that there has hardly ANY bees this year whether honey bees, or wasps, hornets, not even yellow jackets. The most Ive seen here have been a few blue mason orchard bees. And no bees, no food 

Fritzy prior to lately I had all those plus cardinals, wrens, bluebirds, finches and even woodpeckers and crows. Havent even heard the crows for a week or so. So odd.  

Windy are you feeding them? I was mentioning the other day that i have been seeing o many bumblebees and beetles deceased on the sidewalk on my walks. My daughter said she thinks it’s pesticides. Makes me sad. Do you think it could be something like that? I have a neighbor whose backyard is a wonderland for feathered beings and squirrels. So many varied types of feeders and it sounds like something out of a Disney movie when i walk by with all the songs going on so im guessing they only eat from his yard.  

Much less wildlife in our neighborhood this year. We used to be thick with rabbits and squirls and such playing in the trees and on the lawns. We have spotted and new little red fox and a large hawk several times lately. Watched thru the front window as the Hawk struggle to take off from the neighbor's lawn with a rabbit that looked almost as big as he was. I suppose those two are our culprits. They will move on next year when we are thinned out, I suppose. I expect all the rabbits and squirls to come back in subsequent years. We've been here since the 1990's and the wildlife population has cycled multiple times. 

Same YOH, I have been finding dead and dying bees for several years. I agree with your daughter that it is pesticides and chemical poisonings coupled with the frequencies of 5g wifi signals. I have tried reviving a few of the bees with sugar water but have never been successful. There is an abundance of natural foods at my place birds feed off during the summer months, wild cherries, black caps, elderberries, muscadines, etc. In the winter I put out seed. Plenty of flora for the bees too. I only recently noticed a decrease in birds, like the past week or so. So maybe it is the owl.  

Enjoyed reading you comment, Yippee Ki Yay. Hopefully it is just the circle of life at play here as well. We do have possoms, raccoons, skunks, foxes moreso in the fall/winter months as well as coyotes and a lot of bear recently. The beauty of living in the country. I wouldnt trade it for the world.  

WINDY i have so many flowers the bees love and it’s fun to watch them rolling around inside the flowers. I tried to help a couple of them but they didnt survive either. Im afraid to touch them (im allergic) so i use a twig and they grab on and i move them out of harms way but it seems like that is always their final act. What if you feed the owl? If there is such a thing?
