Thought this app was for weight loss but massively inundated with AI bot posts and other users (perhaps) posting everything OTHER than food/weight loss. Have seen children’s art, a new house purchase, a knee surgery and a “lost my husband last year” post too. This isn’t Facebook. If I wanted life stories, I’d head there.
So let’s talk calories.
Calories in, calories out.
Logging every single thing I take in including the coffee creamer. Down 3.5lbs in 2ish weeks, happy with that.
Sustainable at a little over a pound a week? We shall see.

@MelloB, I understand the correlation of weight loss or gain to real life. And while this app may be a “safe space” in your opinion, it’s slightly inane to ramble incessantly about the discovery of your brothers drinking, a man you just dated and broke up with, or your overactive thyroid. Come on.
Those are narcissistic, attention seekers who use this app for other reasons than to help others.
Perhaps you are a bot, or an employee of Lenny’s, would make sense. Just refrain from abundant oversharing to gain hearts and comments in the name of your own ego…
