WindyD, 💙 Sending you much love. I'm focusing on one day at a time. 💙 It has helped... my eating habits are skewing too far away from what I know I need. Making small adjustments now. I know my gain is ridiculously small but I also know it is 'real.' Sometimes it feels like controlling my body is my only way right now of keeping an even keel... not true... but it feels that way at times. 💙 Thank you for your heartfelt connection here.

Much love right back at you girl. You know Im no stranger to the pain and trauma. Sometimes it just feels like all we can do to hang onto something solid, and sometimes that might be a friend who knows, and sometimes that is simply being in control of our own body and mind.
