Did pretty good yesterday considering. My very good friend had a stroke and it was a difficult day. She is like a sister to me. I am hoping to see her today. I will feel better once I have a chance to see her and talk with her. Friendships are so precious and sometimes we let other things distract us from what is really important. Family and Friends. Take care of those you love and keep the relationships alive. Well that is it for the soapbox. I will try to do better today on my eating. Still want to get down to 175 lbs before I start maintaining.

I'm sorry to hear about your good friend. She will need your support and love now to help her get back any movement she has lost. Sometimes we lose sight of how important friendship is and it takes a sudden jolt to remind us how precious people are. Best wishes to you friend

Hang in there!! The news about Betty was quite a shocker. I'm praying for a swift recovery. She is such a good and kind person. Don't let the stress lead you astray ... I'm sorry I won't be around to be supportive.
