The weather app says it's 18°c and only 68% humidity. There's no way at all that's correct. It's so hot I'm getting migraine auras and so humid I literally feel like I'm choking every time I breathe in. I ate 3 chocolate biscuits yesterday just to get my calories up a little because eating properly is just impossible in this awful weather. I miss the proper Welsh summers I used to have when I was a child, rainy and grey and wearing jumpers through July and August 😅
