YOH, I appreciate that. I know being here for him and the boys is my truth. I can't escape from this through food, alcohol, being super busy, or any other diversion. I can't lash out and try to make my emotions someone else's problems... I can only sit with this... this is my truth, there's no pleasure in it, but I know peace of mind. I can rest in that. I can stay close to that.
