I am still in an Aircast Boot and ROM Brace on my right leg from an accident I was in 9 weeks ago so I think that weight number is below 200 lbs but I won't know until all the gear is removed. Currently, it can not be removed. But inspite of that I am still loosing weight while continuing being Carnivore 90% of the time. I have added in a couple of vegetables back into my diet namely raw onions, raw garlic, green & yellow beans and asparagus but those are not on a daily basis. I have removed most cow dairy from my diet and when I do indulge in that, it must be lactose-free. I have learned that I don't react or have very little reaction to goat dairy so I am slowly exploring that option.
