MY FS IMAGE TODAY IS IN HONOR OF ALL GRANDMA'S OUT THERE, LIVING OR DEPARTED WHO ARE AND WERE FEISTY AS HECK!

Doing well with my nutrition plan and though it's kicking my ass, the P90X has been followed every day. I may have to boost some protein or something because toward the end of some routines, I am spent. And it's not because my muscles seem tired as when you get that last bicep curl in but it's an overall lack of body energy. Any ideas on this?

I REALLY MISS MY WINE!!! LOL.

But I will get enough of it when my friend loses the bet and she takes me to Napa. Wooo Hooo!

I love your pic! I didn't know how fiesta my Gram was until my Grandpa passed. She is 93 now. I would say make sure you are getting enough of the good fats, but it looks like you are.

Love the pic. Both my grandma's were fiesty and my Mom is going long and strong at 84. Hope I can do the same. I hope you can really enjoy some nice wine with your friend.

Thanks jmb3450, either way that will be a splendid time. And good for mom and you. My dad passed away a couple of years ago. 101st Airborne vet and tough as nails growing up but turned very gentle and caring his last years. I do worry about my mom though. Have a great week everyone and let's continue the journey with a focus.
