Last week was a weight roller-coaster . Mostly water weight up and down...3.5 lbs spread. Kind of wild sometimes. Think I am back to sort of a normal again around 121.
..
Gardening is good. The cold weather plants are doing well... lettuce and turnip and radishes are being eaten...The ones that need heat and sun are suffering... not sure there will be peppers and tomatoes this year...

My eating is weird... I avoid some stuff but they seem to be random...I do not eat sugar much ... but had ice cream... avoid wheat but ate rice. Kind of all over the place. But somehow keeping weird limits in my regiment seem to be helping me with limits... so I will just keep here till it is not working anymore.

Will be travelling to see daughter and grandson this week again. Long car ride but I like the experience. Will stop and stretch.

Weirdly enough it is sitting still that is the problem... moving is so much more effective
