Had a great day - went to the mountains and got some (casual) walking in. Best of all, I could keep up with everybody.

What a great feeling to be able to keep up with the walking! The mountains must of have been beautiful! Have a good labor day! Oh, and how is the stomach shrinking coming along?

Bren - We went to Grandfather Mountain (am sure you know where that is). Can't believe we have lived here 14 years and this is the first time we've been. Hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend too.

Sandy - there are a few spot of color but full display is at least a month away. If you ever want to travel to see the most vivid colors (maybe in the world) go to the Adirondack Mountains in northern NY.
