Oh my that looks delicious!! I use my new air fryer to make mine! :) 

Stormgirl , yeah you got a new airfryer! Mine is dead. I put the chicken in a ceramic baking dish with a cover and some sauce at 325 for about 45 minutes, it was pull apart tender.

I'm in love with that GHughes company. The Miso salad dressing makes a rocking keto "pasta" salad. And the stir fry sauce has saved me on more than one occasion..... 🤔🤫... can't tell DH he ate them too! He's not a keto eater. 😲 

HAPPY SNAPPY, I'm not familiar with those. They sound great. I really limit my use of them because i tend to use them as a crutch for sweets. They are a treat for me! For sure the best on the market! After tomorrow, it's back to more plain food. It's still good!!!

I know they have a whole line of bbq sauces too but some of them have an artificial sweetener aftertaste. I usually stretch the sauce with 1/2 water and half avocado oil. Then I dig out my cute little baby brush to spread it on whatever I'm making. That way it doesn't over power the taste of the meat. I've often wondered if it is just an American thing to drown everything in sauces / dressing. I watched a lady dress a salad before dinner (dribble dribble dribble.... toss toss toss... dribble dribble... toss toss) and was amazed at how good that salad was with only 1/4 cup of dressing on a huge bowl of greens. Best salad I ever had.  

Jesus, it's just baked chicken with BBQ sauce. Some water to make the sauce go farther. See below for temp.
