Share your recipe sounds good 

OK, but I really don't measure things. 1- grill chopped onions in your choice of fat (I use butter) 2- when onions are transparent; add tomato puree, 2 cans of water from puree can, a can of salmon (smoosh salmon so that it is in pieces) 3- add JUST A PINCH of stevia 4- add salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste. 5- bring to a boil, and simmer for at least 10 minutes.

@FatGirlJenny I just finished making The Chesapeake House Restaurant's Original Fish Stew recipe! They gave me the recipe about 25 yrs. ago when I was here on vacation. Sounds similar...

@Northern🎸 I can make a pie from a pumpkin and sweet potatoes and anything else someone wants made into a pie. Geez ;)
