Weight being up is definitely not surprising, as I was up most of the night until 5:30 a.m. when the rain started and my body finally released its pain tension. Needless to say I did nothing strenuous yesterday, to rest my pulled muscle, except laundy - woohoo! LoL My seedlings still need to be planted and I discovered that I had errantly left a root cutting from my Dinner Plate Hibiscus laying on the ground....whoops 🥺 I'll plant everything between the raindrops today 😉
I tried something this morning with my broken rice cakes. I heated 1/2 cup of milk in the microwave, added 1 tsp. brown sugar and crumbled the broken rice cakes into the hot milk....hot rice cereal! Wish I had some raisins to add, it would've tasted similar to rice pudding.
