All I can really say is "ugh." Gaining weight because I haven't been to the gym and haven't stuck with my diet. The boyfriend got home from deployment and rather than things being the fairy tale we both hoped for he's feeling overwhelmed and may break things off completely. The new job is the only plus and is amazing and keeping my spirits high. Still very sad and feeling alone in the evenings. I tried to get a quick appointment with my old psychiatrist and can't do so until September 19th... just going to try to be stable and put my trust in God and faith in myself until then that I can be strong and hold out. As mom says, "fake it 'til you make it." I think getting back to the gym will help my mood improve as well so I'll do that asap. I admit I've missed it here, just very sad this week and been ridiculously busy in the past few. I'll do better, I hope. That's all...
