Almost 2 years ago I decided to take my health into my own hands. I started out at 280 pounds. And with a lot of hard work and determination, 14 months later I reached my goal weight of 150. I knew when I reached my goal I wanted to get a tattoo. This is what I chose: the heart is because it took my entire heart and soul to reach my goal. The dumbbells are for the countless workout hours I put in at the gym. And the -130 for the total pounds I lost! Losing the weight and getting healthy was the best gift I ever could have given myself. And I want to thank all of y'all for all your support and encouragement!
