Yes wifey. It’s pretty much like a sandwich with the works but on a long roll, which is why we call it a hoagie or a sub. 🤣

The only hoagies I ever had where in Philadelphia, and boy are them Hoagies Godly good. I think they're called Philly Hoagie Melts yum.

Oh yeah and I ended up eat the other half. Came home and ate lunch after work since there was no time during. Now I’m eating everything in sight. To think I was doing something right by packing a healthy lunch. Then this😅 oh well!

@Neicy…I ate way over my calories today, too! Just needed it. About every 4th to 5th day, I have a “I’m super hungry day” and feel like I need the calories.

Thanks Storms- same. I’m finding that even going over budget here and there, I’m still staying under my goal weight. Sometimes we just need the extra calories. I’m learning to listen to my body and just go with it.

Neicy and Storms I sometimes do the same thing. It’s important to recognize true hunger and when your body needs more fuel.
