hey everyone, this is going to be my last post on this app as i will be deleting it after this, i recently got diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and will be receiving treatment from now on. although i joined this app for the right reasons things started to get out of hand - i hit my goal weight but it no longer felt enough, ive become underweight and malnourished and was only hitting around 200 - 300 cals a day and honestly as my weight dropped so did my mental health. however ive realised my health matters a lot more than the way my body looks and will be committed to recovery. just posting this as a reminder that weight isn't everything and make sure to keep an eye on your mental health during your own weight loss journeys as its so much more important than you realise. lots of love to everyone ❤️

Been there when I was in my twenties. Horrid. Then recovered and for most of my life have been mostly ok. Good luck.
