Well... I've stayed at 158 so far.
The Holiday Season just slayed me!! Chocolates all around work and other goodies to.
I'm sure we've all had some temptation during this time.
My Treadmill is still not getting used. I have to check with my neighbour to make sure it won't bother them.
I do dust it once a week and hoover on, under and around it. Not good right?!
Anyway..I'll get back up on the horse here. I've come along way over the last 2 or 3 years its taken me to lose what I have.
I see other folks on here that started at a higher weight than myself and they are just fantastic! Doing well and striving everyday. People inspire me to get to my goal weight.
