Weekly Summary for Monday Apr 15, 2024 - Sunday Apr 21, 2024... Mt daily goal for salt is <1500mg. I am down from a daily average of 2779mg to 1698mg. Not there yet but way better. Daily average fiber is up from 9g to 16g, Better but still nowhere near my goal of >30g. I need to be at <13g saturated fat. Ny daily average is down from 26g to 18g. Again, progress not perfection. This was a much better week overall. I'm looking forward to when I have these "big three" nutrition for health goals back under control so I can start concentrating on weight loss nutrition goals again.

@Redrose54: Its Kroger "Salt Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning" - 2.5 oz. I hope you like it as much as I do. Now that my 16yo son discovered it I'm having a hard time keeipng it in stock.

@Yearofhealth2023: Not yet well enough to undergo any type of surgery. Well enough that the DNR has been rescinded. The doctor says my lifespan is now as long as I continue to take care of myself and do not have another event like pneumonia or COVID or something else unexpected.

Yippee i am so excited for your future and the future your family will have with you. I feel like your progress is an answer to a prayer that went unanswered in my family. Please please keep posting keep moving forward. The day is going to come, and sooner than you expect, where you realize you are completely healthy (minus damage that cannot be corrected i know i know-i deal with that myself). God continue to bless you and your family and provide the strength, encouragement and love to continue to love yourself. I think that is what it finally comes down to. We have to love ourselves the way we love our children. We would never want to do something that puts our children’s health at risk and yet we ignore our own for so many reasons. Time, money, stress, responsibilities, exhaustion and the big one…addiction. I am guilty of all of the above and sometimes it is a day by day thing to remember to love myself as much as i love my child. That means taking care of the body I have been given.
