I do IF 16/8 daily and up until recently its been seemless. I have noticed the last few days tho that I am hungry a few hrs early... I am drinking more then enough water.. any ideas as to why? and should I eat or try to hold it at bay till my 16 is up?

Looking at the Dec 30th logs, your numbers are Fat 80.66%, Carbs 3.51%, and Protein 15.94%, with Net Calories at 1127, taking into account thermal loss, and using Net Carbs for calculations. In short...Eat. Cook up some Bacon and leave it in the fridge, have a couple pieces as a snack when/if needed.

I try not to eat later than 6pm, have my coffee with coconut oil around 5am, and don't eat until supper. But if I do get hungry in the afternoon (for me it is usually around 2) I really really like the P3 packages. They have meat/cheese/nuts portioned out. I get the ones that are 3 net carbs and easily fit into my eating plan.

Thank you. I prefer to make all me food. I can adjust it how wever I like and I know whats in it. I will try eating more and see if that helps. It has only been the last couple days that have felt different. I am closing in on that time of month.. could be that too. I have always felt more hungry the week b4. I didnt realize that till just now. Thank you for all of your advice.

Sounds like you just answered your own question! BTW - nice to meet you. I need to get back to the 16/8 schedule. It worked so well for me in the past.

I usually eat a few raw almonds if I get really hungry - like 6 or 8 nuts twice in a day. I get fiber and some healthy fats, with low calories and carbs. They seem to take the edge off.
