Nadja that all the muscle you’re gaining doing all that labour intensive gardening! I went on your FB site and what a sight to behold with that huge beautiful landscape you have. What a job to maintain that!!!! I wanted to send you a friend request in case we have any more exchanges. My site is blocked from any public viewing because I’ve been hacked repeatedly so there is nothing to see on mine. I’m super boring anyway!!! Let me know if it’s ok to send you one. Happy Monday!! 

heeey Mona...absolutely send me a friend request!! and no muscle gain this weekend... *sad sigh* The full moon brings high tides, so the edema is wreaking havoc on my body. Yup, I'm a Water baby (Cancer) and my body is affected by the Moon phases. I would get migraines with the Full Moon and they lasted until the New Moon until I hit menopase - now it's insommnia and edema. You know you're getting old when....LoL  

Hey Nadja. I can’t send you a friend request because you have sat it the same as mine but that’s good. We can message on messenger if need be which is actually safer than opening our FB to public settings. And certainly we know we are getting old😱 when our aches and pains dictate our abilities to do the things that once came without a thought. Migraines are terrible things. I am also a Cancer but certainly don’t suffer from insomnia. I sleep only too well!!! You have a lot of responsibility upkeeping that yard. Your brain is probably always working overtime!  

ooooh didn't realize I had my F/B settings that secured 🤔Messenger is a good idea! I thought that my insomnia might be related to a heart problem but my heart doctor broke up with me this morning! 🥺 Other than a bit of plaque formation on one of my arteries, my heart is strong and healthly, so he doen't want to see me anymore! 🤪 So now I'm stumped as to why I have insomnia and what is causing all of this edema! My family doctor is gonna work hard for his money with me as a patient! 😉 

I sure hope you have a good GP Nadja. Edema can be puzzling 🤨. Low protein has been connected to edema but I bet insomnia is as well. I hope you get to the bottom of it. I couldn’t imagine not being able to sleep.  

I've been doing some research Patchizz and discovered that the inhalers that I take can cause both edema and insomnia! Pffft, who needs a GP when we have good old Google 😅 It sure alleviates all of my concerns and it will certainly continue to challenge my 'battle of the bulge'! aaah but the nice weather is coming, so I can get out in my yard and continue to wage my battle on the weeds LoL
