Good Morning All...

Today I took extra time in prayer. I had an emotional low yesterday and I want to thank you all for your kind and supportive words. I am praying that God continues to help me on this weight loss journey. It has been taxing along with all the other demands that life deals (hey but that is life right?!). Nonetheless, there is a reason why I am struggling in this area. As I was in prayer, I was reminded that God would never give me more than I can bear. If it is too much to bear, than He would allow a way of escape. I have NOT lost hope. Given that, this journey is one that God is saying I can endure...So yes I have some frustrating days; however, God will see me through as I continue to call on Him for His help!

So here I am God in need of your help. I surrender this situation to your control and ask you to help me walk through it while you make me victorious!

Have a blessed Day My FS Buddies and NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
