Not good and neither was the fact that I stress ate sweets even though I said today would be day one of no desserts.

But today I didn’t binge.

I am going to split my dinner in half, drink the whole glass of water and pass on even a bite of the appetizer.

Yes. I am dealing with willpower burnout again. My goal may be even smaller than what I listed on a post today, as baby steps…some days…maybe even just not to binge or overeat, on my hardest days, this week…and maybe allowing a lot longer than a week for baby steps… …I can do this. If I need to go back to just having a healthier relationship with food and not binging or overeating, whether I lose weight or not, that’s ok.

I’ve been wanting to eat everything all day long but I’ve been decent. I don’t have anything in the house I like to binge and I’m too lazy to go get anything so that’s good for me lol. Hang in there, This has to pass at some point.

I’m in maintenance and eat up to 2200 daily. 2,330 is not bad. Especially if it’s not every day, unless you are working out RIGOROUSLY then I’d eat that many calories daily.

I do that too sometimes (splitting dinner up into 2 servings) I save about 1/3 for the evening protein snack to help prevent night cravings. Then add a nice cup of bone broth in a cup w it. :)

*Those are steps not calories. It’s called “step app.” Forgot to tell you guys about that. lol at thinking people would just recognize “step app.” That is very bad for a step count. XD Not terrible for calories, if you are very active, but those are steps.

*And I shared my dinner with someone else instead of splitting it—and oops ate unplanned extra bread at dinner…not a good day.
