I am doing okay but slipping slightly, nothing compared to even just a couple weeks ago, but a little compared to earlier last week, again gradually starting yesterday…
I will slow down my pace of better habits, because of mild emotional burnout (not physical burnout knock on wood).
I will just focus on these easy ones:
*Continue to eat enough fruits and vegetables most days, even if I take a break from focusing on which nutrients are in which fruits and vegetables in particular.
*Maintain weight or lose slowly whether I eat ideally or not.
*Drink more water.
*Don’t be “2020-level sedentary” lol, and don’t be sedentary at all, on a good day.
*”Meatless Friday” (regardless of whether I eat meat other days, as long as I don’t eat red meat every other day or more).
*Don’t drink calories or eat desserts (added sugar in foods other than desserts can go, later on, not ready yet).

Edit: this cannot last long because this is not a quick enough pace for more than a week or so. A week may not sound like a long enough time to switch your pace, but for something that’s as underwhelming as this (for me, anyway, a good start for some), a week is plenty before upping the pace again. :)
