I don't that I've had pho noodles just yet but it certainly looks impressive I like how much stuff it has in it. is that typical of the dish? I enjoy noodle dishes and soup it looks like something I'd very much enjoy I didn't want to go to a restaurant that had it but I ate a more traditional Curry when my husband had the phone his did not have as much in it as yours did that looks much more appealing.

I like sk. 17's use of quince in dishes I haven't known anyone else to ever use it in cooking 🔪 before only to eat as is. I 🤔 think that it's really quite cool personally.

Glad you looked up the "cauli mushroom“ redrose🌹 cause they are super tasty and crazy looking. Tastes like cabbage & mushroom & al dente butter noodles. You can simmer them for hours and they hold their texture. 🍄😋

The bowl might be a little small Leah but pho does have a lot of stuff in it. Can‘t say this is traditional but it pho-like atleast. 🍜🍲 And there might be some quince tonight as well 😘
