Over on carbs and calories today. Didn't really eat much that was off plan, one bite of peppermint cheesecake with oreo crust, and a couple of breaded shrimp with as much of the breading taken off as I could get. MIL said the sweet potatoes were made with Splenda, I ate a small one, come to find out they started out as canned...so had sugar in them before she cooked them, so darn that was a mistake. Just ate more than I should even tho it was pretty much on plan. I feel like a busted can of biscuits!! Why on earth do I do this to me? About half sick to my stomach and had to unfasten my jeans cause I am bloated up like a toad. Jeez!! Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in....this is gonna be ugly!
