It took me a minute to tweak the proportions, but easiest pancake recipe EVER! 😋🥞 (1/2c banana, 1/2c dry oats, 1 egg; throw it in the food processor, et voila!) ..and under 500 calories, even though they're fried in coconut oil, topped with nuts AND have a drizzle of real maple syrup. 🍁 Om nom nom nom..

Yum. I will have to try making those pancakes…I want to have more nutritionally balanced pancakes sometime.

Same. Trying to simplify recipes and keep them yummy AND healthy is a challenge. 😏 These are a keeper.
