Yesterday, I took the day ”off.” I didn’t walk, or drink water, or play piano. I DID make the Rum Cake for Easter, and another one for a bereaved family, and cooked Spaghetti Squash, made Butter Beans, made sugar-free Jell-O and meditated for 20 minutes, and did visualization for 20, and expressed gratefulness to god for 30 minutes. Today, so far, I’ve made Deviled Eggs (letting my grandson put them in the ice bath after I cooked them, and peel them, and cut them in half and popped out the yolks), cooked a Spiral Ham, and supervised him vacuuming the whole house. I’ve also done a 23-minute guided Visualization and expressed Gratitude for a half hour. Not sure I’m going to drink water because I slept a whole five hour stretch last night since I didn’t drink any.
