It hard on the mind to keep straight that I haven't lost weight in the last two days. But I should take comfort that I am not gaining it back. I feel like I am 18 years old again, full of energy and light on my feet. My mind is clearer than it has been in a while. I guess the scale is only one factor.

Measurements, progress photos and how clothes fit are far better metrics in my opinion. And when it comes to the scale, I think we should really only pay attention to the trend, and onto any one specific measurement in time. 😎
