Laine, I've been staying away from those kind of posts because some folks here thought I was giving out info like I was an expert and that the info could be harmful. I really used to enjoy searching online for bits & bobs of nutritional info online and fitness studies, etc. Oh well....can't please everybody🤷‍♀️
