Hi All, what a shit day. Customer's OK today , it wasn't them. Maria and I got a complaint, The customer said she hadn't done the kitchen at all. for me, I forgot to pot the bathroom mat back and put the ornaments in the wrong place on his wife side of the bed. They had to exactly right. I did tell him that if stuff is moved, it proves you have done your job properly. And the lady I spoke about the other day whose house stank of dog poo and wee. Because she leaves them on their own from 4.00am until 10.00am the next day the dogs are stuck in the house. Not just that, she told my boss I was talking to her about Jim and cried, but she forgot she too was talking about her dad, who passed away too. Still, this is making me think I Don want to do Tuesday and Wednesday after I retire. Well, apart from all that, I'm good. How are you all? I hope you all have had a better day than me. Working with the public can be very challenging. I cleaned houses when I went to college but I managed to end up with regular clients that were nice. The people you are cleaning for are not nice. Hugs to you. And a prayer.

I kind of know how that must feel. I work with children in Kindergarten. Sometimes there are parents that demand, demand, demand...and no matter how hard you try, in their eyes it's still not enough. Some people are just impossible in their ways.

Ah people can be very particular when you touching /cleaning their stuff - I feel your pain !! I do some home help and have customers that like to have there ornaments cleaned - so now I take a picture before … so I know exactly where everything goes ! I remember cleaning rooms in a hotel and a guest had left cash all over. I couldn't clean properly due to worry about being accused of theft. This was before camera phones and he complained but luckily I had my manager back me up as I had shown him.
