Today hasn’t been as good of a day. Not much motivation. Haven’t walked. Haven’t drunk any water. I’m on my 6th Diet Coke now. Will probably end up with 8 for the day (which is still a 25% reduction from where I have been for the past month). Still lots of stress in the home. There’s a lot of screaming going on downstairs as I type. I did get a telehealth counseling appointment scheduled for 2/2! I REALLY need that! Praying 2m0 will be a better day.

One day at a time, the best we can do is work on the day that we're on. I understand that life is stressful. I too have found this last month very stressful I hope that February will be easier month for everyone it seems that most people that I know have found January rather stressful for some reason. perhaps it's been the gloomy ugly weather that has caused the month to be so ugly and stressful for everyone. It is my dearest hope that February will be a nicer prettier month that will bring happiness to all. ☀️

Sounds like a great day for headphones, music, and some light yoga. Do something "for yourself".

I used to love diet Coke at one time. Water has taken over. - Would like to do that with some of my foods; working on it. Not many carbs seems to keep the appetite lower.

Is there anyway you could get your daughter and kids to go to counseling too? I think it would be helpful for them.
