Thanks, Morti! I have learned that, apparently, my body was not happy with my daily lunch ration of half a can of chickpeas and Japanese sweet potato... that would be a bit too much fiber for me... 😬 so today I am getting much needed protein. Lol

Stormy, thanks! I was eating wayyyyyy too much fiber... this is what I needed. This, and to be reminded that moderation matters when it comes to chickpeas and sweet potatoes! 🤣
