hi Everyone, please don't any if you panic when you read this. This was yesterday a d I'm good today, not just saying that. I had a huge blip yesterday I wanted to drink bleach but phoned the abrievement team and they were a huge help. Also my best friend Angela. I am very good today. Got rid of the bleach won't be buying it again. ( for a while anyway) I am using white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda for the loo instead. please dint worry it was a huge scare and hopefully it won't cross my mind again. Lovely sunny day in Surrey England. So off out shortly have loads to do. Love you all so nuch. Merry Mel 😍 😍❤️

It was good you called someone. Sometimes you just need that company to help you feel better. It’s hard to seek it out when your loved one was often that person. I’m glad you are better

Hi All, thanks, I need it, but feel completely the opposite today thank goodness. I am getting my silver heart to put some off Jim's ashes in tomorrow.
