Homemade sushi for lunch. Im really motivated to lose this weight! OMAD didnt work for me, so going to do 1k cals a day for 2 weeks and see where that lands me.

Shrinking I bought a tuna steak for $4.99 and used bibigo microwave sticky rice mixed with a pinch of sugar, salt, and white wine vinegar. Easy!

It sounds like the reason you aren't losing is you're restricting calories so severely that your body is going into starvation mode. I didn't believe it either until I tested it. If I stay within 1400-1500 calories per day, I lose. Slowly, but over the past 11 months it totaled 45 lbs. If I drop below that, the weight loss totally stalls. I was stuck at the same weight for over 3 weeks at 1300 calories per day. Try it! And it's so much more sustainable. I could eat 1500 calories a day indefinitely and never feel deprived.

Love sushi and that diet will definitely work. I'm trying to stay below 35g carbs a day and it seems to be working so far

Thiccmami!!! I recognize that girl 💕😎 I had an injury that spiked my weight up since last late summer, gained 10 pounds. it feels like 100. Everything else is happy here in MN 🥰 Festival tickets are on sale early this year so that's some serious motivation! one booked, two to go! So happy to see you girl- how are the twinkies loving school? 1st grade right?

Tracy hi 👋 I did, but it wasn't for me, got too tired. I log everything now including oil and condiments and average weekdays about 1300. I'm doing my best and working out hard!
