@Buenita - thank you! My hubby is grilling our protein for the week today even though it is below zero. He is stuch a trooper! 

Love it! I also like that he helps out! I know a lot of women and men who don't support the process. We're both blessed to have great significant others. She meal preps for me every week. While always looking for new things for me to try. I tell you I thank 3 people every day. God, Jesus, & Amy! Without her I wouldn't have ever made it this far!  

I meant to also mention in our household! A saying I've used so much that the kids love saying it. "Teamwork makes the dream work" so I appreciate that they've picked up on it and use it often. 

@Joe that is so awesome and your wife and kids are blessed to have you! You are right it is a lot easier to accomplish your goals when you both support each other.

Looks great. BTW , saw your comment about hysterectomy. Mine was in my late 40s. Fun. I'm 55. I decided no pellet for me. Maybe I'd try in the future. I do topical HRT compounded cream daily. I think most people don't want to deal with that but I didn't want to have the initial T level swings. So my cream has T and E and my pill has progesterone. I take before bed. I can't wait to get as strong as you. You've given me inspiration.
