I wasn't going to post my weight until Sunday but was so happy to be down again. But lunch at Red Robin today means I'll have to really be careful for the next 4 days. Maybe being so careful not to go over 100 carb grams is helping me. I am thinking twice, and 3 times about what to eat. Not today though. Lunch will be what it will be! I am going to set my next weight goal. 16 pound goal so the "line" will change color every 4 pounds

When I was being really strict with my diet I went to PF Chang's and asked if I could have a mixed vegetable dish even though it was not on the menu.The waitress said she was sure they could make that. They came out with a platter of raw vegetables...I guess I thought it was understood I wanted them cooked...lol ..fun times ..😂😂😂

Diana, I just looked up the menu at PF Chang's. I usually get the Mongolian beef, but I see other things I might like. I just don't like spicy food so have to make sure I know I'm getting. I have over a month before the next lunch. I did weigh myself this morning and my weight is the same. But for me it often takes 2 days for the weight to show on the scale

One of the few times I went to PF Changs I asked if i could have tofu - not fried - I was told no can do. They have fixed meals - they fry their tofu in the a.m. and that was that! It was explained to me that their menu was created to be consistent wherever there was a PF Changs. This was some time ago now. You can tell I was not impressed. It is not one of my "top of mind" restaurants.
