It's been a bit of a topsy-turvy week and although I weighed in at a 200g loss this past week, which is still a loss by my standards, much can be attributed to not sticking to the meal plan 100% - which was totally unavoidable in this instance, due to the passing away of my brother in law and having to partake in bereavement / mourning rituals that will continue until October 7th. I'm going to endeavour to keep to the plan but may just fall short for various reasons, as we're abstaining from all types of meat and the selection of available veggies, except the pulses leaves lots to be desired! Another dent in the plan could be my business travels that take me the NY from 5th - 17th October....hopefully I'll be in relative proximity to a Whole foods outlet! (Although I haven't seen one Montauk way, which is where I'll be for at least 4 days) So till then, it may be at least three weeks till I weigh in and I'm hoping to have lost a teensy bit more....
