Here is a poem that I would like to share!


More than just a “FAT” girl...

I am more than my outer exterior
It does NOT define me
For it is just a capsule
Holding what TRUE exquisiteness is
I am bold, sexy, sturdy and self-assured
My mirror image reflects a work in process
The process of what is to be
Negative thoughts of how I should look will not destroy me
For I have been designed and created the way that God choose me.
It took me years to get to know who I am
My mind was clouded by the opinions of man
But, now I am stronger and wiser
No longer will I buy such lies
I am as phenomenal as the next
Containing real riches inside
There is great value in them
That remains priceless
To increase the wealth of this temple that God has blessed
I will toil to become the best that I can be
By making better choices
To increase my existence
This is my life
This is my journey
Being more than just a “FAT” girl
