Wow! It's been a long time since I've made a journal entry or really been on Fat Secret. That's a testament to how busy life has been, I guess. Missed everyone!

Weight has pretty much been cycling around the same 5 pounds for the last six months or so. I guess that means I put myself in maintenance mode. Well done, me! 👍 I haven't been tracking my food, just not eating stupidly. That's good because whatever neurological issue I have (still no answers after seven months) makes it almost impossible to get any movement in, forget about working out. ☹️

But it's time to get back at it!

Next week the Spring semester starts and I'm already prepping. So back to being a lot more diligent tracking everything.
