Bolthouse farms! Lots of options and still tastes good.  

Or I used to do light sour cream & some salsa. Low cal and delicious..  

Ken’s Steakhouse Lite sweet vadalia onion. Lowest sodium content I’ve found. Tastes awesome! 

skinny girl makes good ones 🤣 then there's one I forget the brand name but it's Vidalia onion 🧅 kind 😋 

Bolthouse has a really good ranch! 

I use G. Hughes SF brands. They are tasty! Only 10 calories for 1 tbs v. 50-70 or more with regular salad dressings. 

Bolthouse Farms Blue Cheese Dressing. 

Skinny Girl, and sometimes Walden Farms. You have to taste Walden first. Some are good and others ... not so much. Sometimes I swap up lettuce/spinach salads and make a light version of John's slaw sauce. It's excellent on shredded cabbage, and you can seriously cut the calories by using light mayo and a zero calorie sugar substitute. 

Mmmm, love the lt sour cream/salsa and adding everything bagel to lt cottage cheese!!! I'm totally stealing those.

Raspberry vinaigrette 

I make a really simple one at home you smash up some garlic squeeze a fresh, lemon and add olive oil, salt, and pepper. It’s absolutely delicious. Try it once if you can. 

Skinnygirl chipotle ranch. Yum! 

Skinny Girl Honey Mustard 

I just mix avocado oil and everything bagel is one. I do ocean_girls a lot too😊 

Make your own ranch dressing it cheap and easy and you control the amount and ingredients lots of recipes out on YouTube make seasoning first. 

I have never found one I like better than a high quality olive oil and apple cider vinegar and a little salt and pepper. Sometimes a balsamic glaze drizzle. 

Newman's Own Light Balsamic.  

Another vote for Bolthouse Farms Dressing. It’s yogurt based and only has 50 ish calories depending on the flavor.
