Casey it is typically on an English muffin. Those are around 110 calories, two eggs 140 calories, two thick slices of tomato 10 calories, two ounces of sliced deli ham 60 calories. The calories in the seasoning packet are negligible. If you prepare as instructed there is a ton of butter. The sauce is about a quarter cup of creamed cottage cheese so maybe another 40 calories. Olive oil maybe 20 calories. I used an onion roll because it was needing to be used up.
