No, what are they? 

It's something u listen to, it's ment to change ur thinking about food, it's a 10day trial but then £99 don't want to waste money if it doesn't work, I binge I don't have issues that cause this, I just eat cos I no its there, I buy foods that I don't really like but my husband n youngest daughter do n I'll eat them for something to eat, I might not even be hungry, I'm busy a lot but if I'm on my own on a night that's my worst time xx 

Sounds like a lot of money for a big if. But no harm in doing the trial and seeing what you think? Sounds like you binge when you’re bored - could you find something else to fill some of the time? It’s so hard to develop good habits - I should know, I keep failing in every season😂.
