OK So had a stressful 2 weeks with my daughter's wisdom teeth giving her so much pain and problems. She is all better now and I feel like a new person with that weight lifted from me. In those 2 weeks I didn't workout once. So tomorrow I will get back at it. I know it will feel good. Just gotta get back on it.

Hi NK, I am back on the bandwagon too though I really don't have a good excuse apart from being on holidays and just eating whatever I fancy. Glad to hear your daughter is better. Good luck for this week, let's get this going.

Hi SlimWinn, I am struggling these past few days. Finally got back to working out today. But only for 25 minutes. My list of stuff to do is massive! But must get my butt to the gym as a top priority. Don't want to gain all the weight back. You know? And I want to get back to 133 or less. So , here I go, resolving again, to get back on track. I will start now with no more food or drink tonight.

I know what you mean. I always get to that happy spot where I fit into my clothes OK even though I haven't reached my goal. Then I just go and eat and not worry too much about exercise and put it back on. I've just signed up for the vegan 4 week challenge starting Monday. Have set myself a daily "exercise hour" from 5 to 6am when the time is my own, and fitting in some planks and stretching in that time too so I can start each day well. Have a wonderful week.
