I have been so stressed out by my inconsiderate family and their problems and I have no idea how I powered through and got to where I am. I find comfort in food and sleep but I've managed to control myself and keep working hard and tbh I'm so proud of the little I achieved this year. This place has been so supportive and encouraging ❤️ I'm turning 32 on Monday! I still have a long way to go but I'm happy with my results and body for December 2023 🫶🏼💪🏼I'm back to where I was in 2021 but I am dealing with the emotional issues that come with weightloss and your changing face and body so much better than the last time. I really spent this year getting to know my body and what works best for it. ✨️

I’ve heard so many people who have reached their wellness goals say that it’s easy to lose weight but that the really hard part is maintaining the mindset of taking care of yourself. So that’s a feather in your cap to say that you haven’t given up. You keep showing up for yourself and that is beautiful. Congratulations and happy birthday for Monday! 🎂 🎁🎈
