I had tuna 🍣 (with Hellmans mayo, lemon 🍋 juice, and chopped up pickles) today on top of sweet potato topped w green olives 🫒. Love that combo!

Stormy! I love the olive idea! Honestly, if I could, I'd live on bread, olives, dates, figs, and cheese... ha😂 but I'm the only one in this house who loves olives so I'd end up eating them all!

I love olives too and keep garlic stuffed olives in the fridge most of the time. Yummy 🤤

Bueno, it was killer! About 500 calories and worth it! Growing up, we did not have sweet potatoes but they are now a staple of my diet.

zumbacarol49, I have to tell you, I did nothing more than clean those puppies and place them in a toaster oven whole. 😅 I will cook two of them at at time. Then, when I'm ready to eat one, I cover and spray a tiny bit of veggie oil on my little toaster oven tray, slice up the sweet potato, salt it and toast it up.
