1/3 cup Mac & cheese, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and stuffing, 2.5 oz turkey breast, 1/3 cup gravy, 75g green beans, and 1/2 roll w/butter. Total 756 calories, BUT, with what I’ve already eaten for breakfast and what I plan to have for dinner and snacks, I’ll still be under 1,800 calories for the day. So far I’ve only walked 1.2 miles (1.8 to go) and drunk two bottles of water (need to drink one more). I DID turn down some things that were offered for me to bring home today: pecan pie, sweet potato casserole and broccoli casserole. I did accept some Mac & cheese, though, because I only had about 1/4 cup on Thanksgiving and the day after. I’ll offer what wasn’t on my plate to my grandson when he gets home from school.

756 calories lunch, but my total for the day will still be under 1,800. I have enough leftovers for one more meal like this tomorrow. Looking forward to it! Got in my 3 bottles of water (48 ounces), but I’ve only walked 1.2 miles so far. Had to charge my my phone first

I’m having the last servings of the same thing 2m0, but reducing the 1/2-cup servings to 1/3 cup and the 1/3-cup servings to 1/4 cup + deleting the bread and butter. Will reduce the meal by about 200 calories!

Excellent job being selective plus not eating all the leftovers at once. Not sure I could have -> looks so good.
