So sad. I just wrote a nice, long journal explaining why I haven't been around all week and what the lab results were for my blood work and it all disappeared. I don't have time to repeat now. I'll rewrite tomorrow. In the mean time, to Bren and my other buddies, tonight is an event that won't happen again until 2033. I'm pretty sure I may not be around for that, so I plan to watch tonight. There will be a "super blood moon" eclipse. The moon is particularly close to the earth and will appear about 15% larger than usual. Bren, I will be out there howling at the moon and sending all my FS buddies positive thoughts! Hugs to you all!!!

About 10 here central time. I'm hoping to stay up but no guarantees, past my bedtime. I hate that when posts disappear. Hope your blood work was good.

LOL. I'm making a point of it. I've already set out the mosquito smudges. According to the timetable for KC, the actual full eclipse starts at 9:11. Even if you don't stay up for the eclipse, you can go out and view the "super moon" and howl with me. Grin!

Wasn't it gorgeous, Sandy? My friend and I treated it like a sports party. We set up mosquito smudges and had dinner and drinks and just sat out in the perfect weather and watched the show. She had never watched an eclipse before. I could hear you howling with me. My friend wouldn't howl with me. I think she thinks I'm a bit nutty but she did give me a big hug before she left. I wished all my FS buddies a fresh start and a healthy year! A harvest moon is always special.
