Been SEVERELY ill for almost a week now.
Extreme body aches, plus headaches and nausea.
Blacked out twice, pre-empted the third time by lying down quickly.
Goose eggs on my forehead from the first time!
Just now getting back to eating (Just in time for turkey day!
Not sure this weight loss will stick, but I'm gonna try starting tomorrow!

Thanks Diana... Still a ways to go, but much better than I was.. Upper respiratory problem lingering, maybe pneumonia ? Had that really bad long ago... Almost died... Ex felt she needed to get to her mother's memorial day BBQ then, so she couldn't take me to the hospital until the following day.... Feels like a lighter duty version of it... Drs back then told me I was two days from dying..put me in hospital, when I got out, they said I wasn't better, just out of insurance, so if I needed, to call next day and they'd put me back in..Manageable at this point, but decided when I blacked out that I'd go the next day if not better . Fortunately I feel much better. 😷🤔
