I would have never dreamed of joining a Zumba class 6 months ago, even if I would have had the energy & breath. 

I used to teach step classes eons ago. they were so fun. LA fitness cut them from their schedule. hoo hum. go do a Zumba. You'll have a blast and maybe feel silly 😆 FUN 

Sounds fun! I used to Zumba (poorly lol) with a friend but she hurt her ankle and I never got back to it. It was intense and energizing. 

My gym used to have the best step class but instructor flaked and was constantly lateetc so they dropped it. Was a great cardio workout and I miss it. Try it, I think you would like it!👍 

I've always felt goofy in the few Zumba classes I've taken because I could never catch on to the movements 😂 I took a hip-hop class once, and I LOVED it. It was a one-off, unfortunately. Wish I could find someone who offered those  

Thanks for the input, guys! I missed the gym yesterday, because the grandbaby called crying wanting to come to my house a day early. It was a scheduled rest day anyway, so I chose to go get him instead. I was going to go specifically to spy on the step class...lol. I want to see what I'm signing up for before I sign up. I'm trying to dip my toes into cardio, not just dive in at the moment...lol. There will be other Step classes. Babysitter is lined up for today, though. I'm going to Zumba at 6 pm!  

@writingwyo I know I'm going to be way out of groove 🫣, but calories will be burnt regardless! 😁😜 I love music! I can't dance, but I 💜 to try! Maybe I can learn some moves & kill 2 birds with one stone. 💃🕺I honestly hadn't even planned on starting any cardio until after Christmas, but the class just looked so inviting! One good thing about it is that I won't be the oldest or the biggest, so that takes ALOT of pressure off! The music they were playing Monday was hip-hop. We will see what happens this evening. 🫰🤞 

Drove all the way to the gym, and they weren't having Zumba classes bc of Thanksgiving...ugh. Hit the legs & the core just a bit and came home. 

No zumba in the cards today!?! Darn. I hope you can get into another soon. 

My daughter and I used to go to Zumba, and it was so fun!!!
